Hi Bruce, We lost a paddle boat about end of August... likely kids on a midnight paddle joy ride. We are dock 17. It has a golden rope with plastic tie wraps wrapped around the rope tips to keep them from fraying. Does that meet the description? Mark 253-639-8001
